At Boley (AS Fresh Mart), we strive to provide fresh, high-quality vegetables and groceries. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds or returns are necessary. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the process and terms under which refunds and returns are handled. By placing an order through our app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Policy:

1.1 Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of groceries and vegetables, we do not accept returns once an item has been shipped/delivered unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. That products will be replaced by our delivery boy.
1.2 Return Process:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with the order details and photos (if applicable) of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details or images.If the return is approved, we will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your delivery address, or you may be required to return the item to a specified location.
1.3 Conditions for Return:
We will only accept returns under the following conditions: The product is damaged or defective & incorrect. The item is expired at the time of delivery.
1.4 We will not accept returns for:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.Products that are perishable, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. If the product delivered does not match your order & If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
2.2 Refund Process:

Our team will review the request and may require photos or other documentation to confirm the issue.If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
2.3 Refund Timelines:
Refunds for online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, mobile wallets) will be processed within 7-15 business days after approval. Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 7 business days, and we may require additional information such as bank details to complete the refund.Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

3. Order Cancellations:

3.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. To cancel your order: Visit the "My Orders" section of the app menu and select the order you wish to cancel.Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3.2 Cancellation After Dispatch:
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. In such cases, if the items are incorrect or damaged, you may request a refund or return as per the conditions mentioned above.
